Poem-1. Different Mother!
The smile of moon is heavily floating on the mother's face;
When she has a beautiful child across her lap.
Children are more beautiful in the mother's lap;
When the children are to be beautiful, gaudier, healthy and agile.
When a mother has a handicapped child;
How fragile darkness has come down on that mother's face!
Has anyone thought of that face once?
Anyone has seen such a blurred face till today!
No cameraman took such a picture of that mother's face upto date!
Has any artist painted a picture of that mother's face?
Poem-2. Where is the Renaissance?
The society is stagnant like a currentless river; renaissance can't come.
If we want to bring renaissance;
We have to make the society flow.
Many countries have gained independence; with blood-shed fight.
Yet our mindset has not changed.
We have broken up big countries and formed small countries.
Instead of one flag, many colored flags are flying;
In many countries of the world including my favorite motherland.
Just couldn’t change; Colonial mentality;
Our society, thinking, bureaucracy,
flattery and the brokerage of the lords, morality, familial authority, society, statehood, partisanship and democracy.
Equality between men and women has yet not come.
Women did not get their minimum labor rights.
To this day, the question of caste and ethnicity has not been resolved.
The motto of independence was to establish a humane society;
Which would be free from exploitation, have democratic values, rational distribution of resources and just judgement and independent judiciary.
Where there will be no injustice, harassment, corruption, mischief, social unrest. Responsibility, transparency, accountability and social investment will be the main themes of state administration.
Democratic system, rule of law, independent judiciary, barrier-free legislature and social justice will be the principles of good governance.
The motto of the republic will be: among the people will not have any discrimination;
like economic inequality,
Lack of social responsibility,
Social well-being, harmony, the welfare of the people.
Where is the renaissance today?
What a renaissance will come in the end!
Poem-3. Struggle to Establish Equality
Today is March 8; International Women's Day,
Days of struggle to establish equality;
Women's Day is being celebrated worldwide.
The global theme is: "Women in Leadership : Achieving an equal future in a Covid-19 World".
The whole world is shaken by the fierce attack of Covid-19;
All men and women are have in house arrest caused the lockdown
The Corona epidemic has made everyone's path uneven,
Women lost their job security, and women entrepreneurs business have been closed,
As well as domestic violence increased.
All educational institutions are closed,
Some parents are struck by lightning;
Children-women are bound to celebrate child marriage.
Now these women give birth premature child,
Mother and child rate of death, health risk, food and malnutrition will increase.
At that time, women were the victims of social violence.
Some women are working for the family, society and the state in equal measure.
They are steadfast in their duties.
During this time, some women emerged as entrepreneurs with their creativity.
Corona, makes the fight for equality more difficult for women.
The path of struggle became thorny.
You (men) can be their companion in the fight for equality,
Then a new world will be evolved without discrimination.
Poem-4. The Poetry of Immortal Love
Kayes devoted himself in love, on this colourful day.
He saw Laila Bint Mahadi in a school;
She is like a piece of diamond-pearl
Scattered in the haystack.
Her body is scenic and sticky like a Cypress tree.
Her eyes were like a maya deer,
Her one sight would tear thousands of
Hearts in an instant. The twinkling of her deep black eyes
Could make a thousand hearts storm.
In Laila’s eye-sight may the whole world be destroyed.
Her alluring appearance; like the moon in the sky of Arabia.
When she snatched the human heart,
She was like a marvellous fairy of Persia.
Her face was as bright as a lamp with thick black hair.
Her ‘night’; name has been successful with crow-like black hair.
Layla's voice is heard in the cuckoo's voice;
Then I think, is that possible! How it can be so beautiful
Someone's voice? Then the sun also rises in the west-
Yes, it’s possible! The milk that Laila sips, so be it
Turned pink by the touch of her lips. Lucky;
Who is the lucky man! The eyes of lust
Whose house will the girl go to! Will illuminate that house.
Not even that little mole on her pink cheek;
Than anything in the whole world; Beautiful?
Impossibly beautiful! Cloudless silver moons’ sky.
Deep darkness has come down to Layla's fate.
She had to tie up a family with that old man
The sky, the wind, the forest were bewildered by that sorrow
Plants. Kayes becomes ‘Majnu’; a disoriented human being.
Kayes is in love with Layla, Layla is in love with Kayes,
Kayes has gone crazy; known by the name of ‘Majnu’ in this world
Writes poems for Layla and walks around the streets.
Wants to recite poetry, no one listens to his satire -
When he was pushed away blaming as crazy, he came again to express him
Majnu's days are spent in such misery; the day is over.
He wanders in the forest, in his own mind
Talks to the beast. Lifeless, dull voices.
Laila became mad with the grief of her old husband.
One day news came to Majnu’s ear in a listless wind,
Laila has left this worldly affection, to the address of hereafter.
Majnu rushes like crazy to Layla's grave,
The weeping Majnu's soul left the body.
Is it possible to draw a picture of such love at any time?
